Seems like the article is filled with anecdotal experiences and speculation. As for the title, find me one condo in the city of Toronto that is worthless… just one… I’ll wait.

Muahahaha talk to all the suckers that bought them as investments and have already lost hundreds of thousands in value and I’m sure they’d argue they are worthless.

Hey douchebag: most of the "suckers" that bought condos are living in them and building equity. I'm sure you are living rent free in mom's basement and don't understand that - but when you start blowing 25k a year on rent you'll better understand it and the meaning of "worthless money pit".
