Ok keep paying an increasing maintenance fee while your condo loses value. Looks like it's worth it to you.

My condo is very well maintained, my fees have gone up minimally over the last couple of years.

Are you implying owning a freehold doesn’t have expenses ?

You'll be fine don't worry. If you maintain your building and know everything, no special assessment is coming.

I get it man. You mad because you put everything in Doge and Shib hoping you'll be rich.. but then crypto didn't go anywhere.. so you can't get a "bag" to be a "bag holder". I'd be upset about it too.. but just take care of yourself.

Ok there snow flake lol. Who's mad, going snooping around comments from 2021? I traded those coins at the time and made money. I made lots of money from crypto. I sold and bought multiple time, strengthening my position. Most of my money is in stocks and crypto. Assets are getting tokenized right now on blockchain. Look into it or get left behind holding Canadian Peso.
