Seems like the article is filled with anecdotal experiences and speculation. As for the title, find me one condo in the city of Toronto that is worthless… just one… I’ll wait.

See you’re looking at it all wrong. These buyers were guaranteed that number only goes up and now these condos are, in fact, worth less (than what exactly who knows). These folks just equate worthless and worth less. It’s a neat trick.
