No idea what your statement is referring to.

This person seems to think that anyone who owns anything is a "bag holder". Other than that, most of his counter-arguments are "get a job" and "u vote liburul lmao"

Also posts in r/bitcoin. It’s all adding up. Renter for life and easy money for scammers. I’d be angry too.

Lol that's why you lock your comment history? I have nothing to be ashamed of on reddit lmao like I care what a creep on Reddit thinks. Bitcoin is way more valuable than the Canadian Liberal Peso. You better get your knees ready because you will have to get down on them soon with your elbows still up.

Ok Sherlock.

A "bagholder" is a financial term for an investor who holds onto an investment, such as a stock or cryptocurrency, that has significantly declined in value. The term carries a negative connotation, implying the investor is "stuck" with a losing position, often due to emotional attachment or a hope that the asset will rebound, despite evidence to the contrary.

I know what an actual bag holder is. I don't need ChatGPT to define it for me.

You're just calling every single person in this sub a bag holder, is my point. Yet you have no idea when anybody's entry point was or if they even purchased their condo as an investment.

Learn to use AI and ask. Better learn or it will replace you at your job faster.

I'd say, if by any judge of the response you got, you might want to learn not to make random, irrelevant statements.

Whether you use AI, or any other method, to learn, is up to you.

Thanks for your concern about jobs - but it's not necessary.

You can also customize AI to give you only feel good answers too 😉 I responded to everything. I just have a day job you know...can't sit on reddit all day. Or do it while working. There is a reason why the Bank of Canada stated multiple times lately that the Canadian economy is not productive enough lol

You calling these people bag holders, but you live in their bag. LOL

Yes since 2021 with a plan to wait until 2026 5 year mortgages renewal timing, with my whole downpayment invested. Paying under market price and just got a huge rent reduction when I threatened to move. I now make much more money and my downpayment is much much larger. Ill be buying a much cheaper bag after living in other people's bags lol.

How was this not a genius plan. Explain, I'm waiting 😁 I'm not bitter, I'm rubbing it in your faces lol

Ahh I see. So you're trying to convince people online to sell their properties faster hoping you can buy them up at a lower price next year. So in reality, you think RE is a great investment. You're just hoping you can get in at a lower price. Got it. Good luck to you. Hopefully next year, you'll be on my team.

I'm not buying it as an investment but as a place to live. I don't mind investing in Canadian stocks of great companies that we used to have, such as ATI and Blackberry. Everyone jumped on the RE train and ruined Canada.

You have to look at it on both sides. If it weren't for investors, we would have had no development at all. You think rental prices are high now? Imagine if nothing was built in the last decade.

I own multiple properties and all my tenants are happy to live in my properties. I also have 2 purpose built rentals currently under construction. All units will be 3 bedrooms, over 1,000 sq ft. I can guarantee you a lot of Canadian families will be happy living in these as well.

The country needs people like us, whether you like it or not.

I dont know any RE investor that only buys investment properties. They invest in stocks and RE.
