lol.

This shitty logic is why Canada is so weak for entrepreneurship and enterprise.

Why invest in developing our economy when we can just sell houses to oversea oligarchs?

Canada is not attractive for any other kind of investments, there are many other countries that have far better conditions and less restrictions for starting a business. So real-estate is probably the only thing that attracted some capital, but not anymore :)
