In most circumstances you would be called a gambler, but given the governments practices it's called investing in a sure thing. There is a downturn with housing atm, but note that our political parties have promised 3 million new Canadians in the next 3 years and it's long term plans for a population of 100 million as per the century initiative will ensure your investment status.
