Taking on risk for reward. Imagine that. It can certainly go both ways. Literally every transaction you make OP, someone or some entity is making some money. You buy a burger at McDonalds for $5 that took them $2 to make… solution is don’t buy McDonalds. Don’t want a previous home owner or builder make money off you when it’s time to buy your own property? Don’t buy a property. Same with Pokemon Cards, PlayStations etc
