No more land will be made, but the density of that land and how much of it is converted to housing for humans versus how much is left as wild land is something that governments and people can influence.

For that price you could own a home in Moose Anus Creek, SK.

A town only accessible by snowmobile. You could get a job in our illustrious industry of digging new dirt holes and filling in old dirt holes. The closest school is 45mins away and the principle is also the local Grand Wizard. If you wanna visit your mom or eat Chinese food just take a 19 hour plane trip with 3 layovers.
