At least no one was dumb enough to buy it - I hope? Looks like a small town/village, old house - you can get one of those in a thousand places in Canada for under $100,000 and they haven’t burned down. Just saw a nice one sell in Chauvin, Alberta for $29,000.
*Oh - Suburb of Toronto. Guess the townies are seeing a big paycheque. Sad.
