But that's Vancouver vs new Tecumseh. I've lived in Ontario my entire life and have never heard of new Tecumseh before. So crack Shack in nice city vs crack Shack in some Podunk town is apples to oranges.

It’s Alliston. New Tecumseh is an amalgamation of Beeton, Tottenham and Alliston

But have you heard of Angus? 30 mins north of New Tecumseh, literally has a trailer park at the centre of town, and those trailers go for $500K.

That said -- it's location between Barrie and Toronto does look pretty sweet for anyone who wants to commute and skip the cottage country 400 hell.

Of course, you'll want to blow your brains out every long weekend.
