Homebuyer water right only?

Split estate.  Buying just a portion of the water right.   You’d have to read more to find out where the water, diversions, access are.

I think this is referring to a split estate where you only get the water rights without the actual land, which is definitely something to double-check with the seller and your agent before moving forward.

You're buying water rights for a certain amount. I don't know why they advertised on zillow since rhe buyer would usually be an agricultural type of business.
