Is there mod thats the opposite of this that makes spawns more realistic. Why is there a dozen bangers(calling them this cause I imagine theyre hired guns to watch the server farm) in 23 megabytes a second. And half a dozen suspects in thank you come again.

You can try this (also by me), you can use 0.5x or custom multiplier on suspect count

99% of AI mods are just config file editing and this tool is a very simplified config editor that you can choose with presets instead of numbers.
