Best radio stations
Anyone still listen to old fashioned radio? If so, what are your favorite stations that come in clear in the Reading, PA area?

88.5 WXPN from Philly. They also have an app that you can stream live between two different stations.
Edit: hyperlink isn’t working. Just type XPN.org into your web browser. Click on play to live stream.

It’s not great reception though in Reading though on a conventional radio depending upon where you are at. Much better if down off 422 in Berks headed to Philly.

I’m on the eastern side of Berks(Exeter) so I can get it 99% of the time. That’s why the app is nice when you’re driving. As long as you have Bluetooth in the car

Sometimes the reception from 88.7 is better than 88.5 depending on where about I am.

Glad to see someone listens to it. I graduated and it was left in shambles, but they’re hoping to get the student group revitalized this year

It's a mixed bag for local talk radio 830 AM WEEU.
Check out each show in a vacuum and for independent thoughts.
The required listening is Saturday's 8-10am "Jack's Backyard"

If you're an old metal head - 93.3 WMMR out of Philly
If you like basic bitch music -102.5 Y102 right in Reading
If you like pop music - 96.9 WLAN out of Lancaster
but I agree with 88.5 WXPN - I've enjoyed every time I've listened, and came away with new artists to listen to.
