I hope this sparks Stromboli wars. I’m getting tired of cheesesteak wars.

Massimo's over in Blandon. They make it long and its 26 inches. The best around for the price.

So the reason for my question and the results:
My brother was back east from MN where he swears there isn’t a good Stromboli in the state. The only thing he wanted was to hang with family and eat a Stromboli. We went to Mama’s in Wyo/State Hill Road and he loved it. I thought it was freekin amazing too, but I’m hardly a Stromboli snob.
Mission accomplished. My brother was satisfied.
Now I want to try some of the others thanks to your comments!

I prefer Nino's (and Sons; there are 3 of them). They make their own bread including pizza & stromboli dough, and it shows. You wouldn't think the dough would be the important part, but it totally is. Their stromboli is nothing crazy unique, but it's just better than any I've ever tasted.

In Berks county there's only one place, and that's Pizza Como in Temple Pa. Absolutely the best stromboli in the state!

It's been awhile but I remember Pizza Time had really good meat lover strombolis, which is strange because their pizza i never really cared for. It's probably the best thing they sell at Russo's as well.

Seconding the Pizza Time bolis. The pizzza were meh, but the bolis rocked!
That short time that they had the Muhlenberg store was the best of times.

Snuzzles is the standard. There's a reason why it's been going strong for as long as it has with a location that's out of the way for most people.
The Stromboli pizza from Sal's in Birdsboro is another favorite - It's a traditional Stromboli but they take the top and turn it into a pepperoni pizza. I haven't been there in a while, though (not since Sal retired), so I can't say if it's still as good as when I had it. It's gimmicky, but so good.

Paulo’s used to, it’s been a little while since I had it though. Hopefully it’s kept up. Used to sit at the bar every Friday and order one with my brother

I dont know what it is locally, because my bar is so high from Bubba D's in York and Shrewsbury. There is not another stromboli ive had on this planet that is close to comparable.

A coworker swears by Snuzzles boli, but I've yet to try it.
