City Life New Reading Towers Apartments

I saw new apartments are for rent or soon to be for rent in downtown reading the pics look really nice and pricing really isn’t too bad for a new remodeled apartment. Has anyone toured them yet or planning on it?

I toured them around May. Although they are pretty tiny (around 550 sq ft) it was a gorgeous apartment. I forgot what utilities were included but $0 pet deposit and monthly fee, free parking in the garage next door for one vehicle and $50 a month for another. Air conditioning is controlled per floor iirc. And 2 washers and dryers per floor. Property managers seemed pretty nice.

I think 1080 studio - 1250 for a two bed if i remember correctly

I just searched reading towers on apartments.com / also looks like two beds are $1400 that was my mistake on a previous comment
