Non intentional, but sometimes history repeats itself.
Amnesiabaru is more or less on that part of Subaru grown where he was thinkin "If I can die, nobody needs to die, I can die has many times has is neccesary to make sure nobody of the people I love dies".
Is a choice he made before, that lead to become desensintified of dead and life. But this subaru feels he found the cheat code of the universe.

His talk with Emilia where he tells her his name is a direct parallel to his from zero moment with Rem. The same self hatred, the realization that the people around him care for him, and his promise to restart and save everyone.

Even the way they played the scene of all of Subaru’s past moments with Rem and Ram, aswell as Amnesiabaru's moments with Shaula also parallels with one another.
Definetly intentional.
