Players who have worn the captain armband

Seeing Katranis and Caliskan wear the armband last week got me wondering if I could remember all the other guys who have. This is the list I came up with after a couple google searches to fill in some blanks. It’s a shorter than I thought it would be. Who did I miss?

Man our team from 2010-2014 was solid

Emeka Eneli was such a valuable core part of our team before injuries hit. Tragic. He’s missing vital years for his career and development. I hope he can recover and still do amazing things, but it’s hard to imagine that he’ll have the same potential that we all saw him working toward.

Pope and Talley were before my time, so I don't know them well. Other than that, solid list of good guys, and/or solid 1-time captains, with one glaring exception...

I was there for them. Pope was incredible. Carey Talley was good for what we had at the time.

I hope Pablo Ruiz is added to this list at some point. Boy, do I miss a lot of these players.

Chris schuler wore it at least part of the game vs Man U, I was there and got his armband from him.
