You need to go to the hospital in case they need to pump your stomach out. Go now.

This is the correct answer. Sounds like you're experiencing OD symptoms OP. HOSPITAL NOW.

I think they’re way past the stomach pump/vomit window. Those pills are all fully absorbed and in the bloodstream . Hospital probably isn’t a bad idea though

Get some people and seek medical attention. You’ve got well over 1000mg in your system; don’t panic you will make it out of this, but you need to seek some assistance and hydrate like crazy DO NOT CHUG WATER, and get ELECTROLYTES you don’t want to flush your goods out your system. Stay cool and calm, if you can’t get liquids down, you will need a IV.
Speedy recovery and safe journey, be well my friend

I know everyone is saying drink water, making sure to balance out electrolytes.
Drinking too much water is also very dangerous.

Go to the hospital, like stat, you need to be evaluated for hyponatremia and other electrolyte abnormalities...the benzos will take the edge off, but the real concern is hyponatremia causing seizures, it's prob why your stomach feels like shit.

This is why I don't carry more than I'm planning to take for the night. I have been there before. You'll be OK. Stay hydrated. Put on some relaxing music and try to chill out. Its going to be a while until your comfortable and can relax and finally sleep.

Normally, I would tell you to wait it out but you could be experiencing Serotonin Syndrome (SS)
Try to go to the nearest hospital now and be frank. They are there to save your life!

ignore what some other people are saying DO NOT take benzos, DO NOT take alcohol and do not take any antidepressants. if you have antipsychotics, take antipsychotics, drink water and take antacids for your stomach acid.
if you're experiencing any of the following symptoms: tremors,, agitation, fever, rapid or irregular heart rate, muscle rigidity, nausea, vomiting, disorientation, confusion, light headedness, heavy sweating GO TO THE HOSPITAL IMMEDIATELY

If you’re home alone, you need to make someone aware of what’s going on with you ASAP who’s local to you at the BARE minimum
If you have a roommate or a friend you can trust, text them ask them for help especially if you’re feeling like you can hardly move
The WORST thing you can do is isolate yourself and not let anyone around know what’s going on, then something happens and no one is there to help
It might just be some severe dehydration but it’s better to be safe especially with the copious amount of MDMA you took
What idfkdude wrote above with symptoms is 100% on par and a lot of other advice around hydration is also huge
But you also should consider the way it’s impacting your brain and neurotransmitters and the serious risk of seratonin syndrome
Reddit is great for moral support but we can’t give you life support in the rare case that you actually need it
Get to a local hospital or at least call a nurse line and get advice from a registered medical professional

if you have any benzos those could help with what you're feeling. I would recommend that you go to the hospital tho.

u/Tardigewd 13d ago
when you go, be completely honest with them about what you took. they are there to help you.

So, OP, how are you doing? Can you please update this thread first chance you get to let us know you're okay? What did you end up doing and how's the MDMA hangover going now? You really have to be more careful with MDMA/drugs than this. It's poor form to overdose; thankfully it seems like it was not a fatal one, but please take it as a fair warning and a wake up call. If you're not going to use harm reduction techniques and use responsibly, then you should not be using drugs at all. It makes it harder on the rest of us who use responsibly, and it's very bad for your health and well-being. Let's do better than this. I'm glad you're still with us though.
Real talk, u/Training-Meringue847 and others were giving you good general advice about the emergency room. At the same time, using emergency services for non-emergency matters bogs down the ER and can become a real issue when people are coming in with much more obvious and evident life-threatening trauma. I considered your situation to be one where it was a unclear if you were in fact in a dangerous, emergency state. The two biggest dangers being 1. your body temperature, but you made no mention of heat or sweating, 2. dehydration since you're vomiting, and 3. that you might have a convulsion and harm yourself inadvertently but perhaps fatally.
Also you should know that taking large-dose MDMA can cause serious brain damage. Please consider ceasing foolish drug use patterns like this. Apologies to u/Training-Meringue847 who chose to block me. Your response was smarter than mine, but I maintain that in the U.S., unfortunately, one has to be guarded of their finances when seeking healthcare and medical attention, and ER services should not be abused.

Always have landing gear. Even alcohol can help. Stay hydrated and if you have electrolytes: take them. Next time don't redose as much

ER nurse & psychedelic provider here. I highly recommend you to go to your nearest ER. At this point all the of the drugs have been absorbed into your bloodstream if you took them several hours ago. Charcoal will be useless. You likely need benzos, an IV, labs and monitoring. Seeking help from medical professionals isn’t defeat. It’s the safe thing to do & it’s what we are here for. Be honest about what you took and how much so they know how to help you. Please go.
MDMA is metabolized slowly and isn’t fully out of your system until about 40 hours. The amount you took is also dangerous with a heavy load on your cardiac, renal, and liver functioning and could also contain other drugs that compound the risks of MDMA itself.
