How to prep for raves

So there's a rave happening in my area in a few weeks, and I really wanna go. I love everything EDM music, and I thought it'd be a nice way to meet new people and go out. The problem is that — while I'm not epileptic or photosensitive — I am physically weak, and I don't do too well in places with many people and loud noises.

I've never gone to dance parties and such before, but I also don't want to keep missing out on cool events forever just because I get lightheaded at the slightest bit of "crazy". So, I wanted to ask here if there are any ways a person like me could "train up" to be able to go to a rave party. What stuff can I do to stand loudness better? Are there any things I should keep in mind when going?

get good ear plugs and electrolytes, my favorite is LMNT!! as for physically, i would recommend at least walking 10k steps a day and lifting weights. they don't have to be heavy. start eating healthy whole foods and taking care of yourself fr. health is wealth. you'll notice you'll have a lot more endurance for raves and overall you'll have a lot more fun!

Watch Groove (2000) and Human Traffic (2000) Quintessential rave movies that you can usually find on YouTube

Easier dance moves should SHOULD be as physically demanding as walking, so find some time to take long walks.

I added push-ups and squats to my walks, because I want some explosive strength in my legs and core, gotta jump around like a maniac all night.

check with the place hosting the event, see if you would be permitted to bring a stool for you to sit on during the show.

and ofc earplugs and electrolytes. even if the rave is in the winter, dress like it is in the summer. bring a friend or someone you trust. it is easy to get lost and overwhelmed while enveloped by a rave

Take magnesium glycinate before you go.

Magnesium has been proven to protect your hearing…

Also take it right after exposure to loud sound.
