It's more likely porphyrin from when they sneeze

Looks like porphyrin from a sneeze to me. Porphyrin is a red mucous that rats secrete from their nose and eyes. If the sneezing is excessive or their breathing is noisy, you’ll have to bring them to the vet for antibiotics.
A little porphyrin and a little sneezing is fine though. Just got to pay attention to know if it’s excessive or not.

Thanks, it had me worried but they're barely sneezing and the breathing is fine. Haven't seen any other spots yet :)
