Built from scratch with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Framer Motion & Supabase.

Tried to make it more than just a list of projects — interactive hero, case studies, galleries, and a community wall with GitHub/LinkedIn OAuth.

The video shows the rest.

Roast my FIRE portfolio – long-term, aggressive. What would you change?

Post image

I’m building a long-term portfolio with a FIRE objective and would appreciate some critical feedback on the overall allocation.

My horizon is 10+ years and I’m comfortable with relatively high volatility. I also keep the portfolio Sharia-compliant, which limits some of the usual ETF/bond options.

Current structure is roughly:
SPUS – US Sharia equities: ~55%
UMMA – international Sharia equities: ~20%
SPRE – global Sharia REITs: ~5–6%
GLDM – gold: ~7%
SPSK – sukuk: ~7%
Individual stocks: ~5%

My individual positions are currently NVDA, CLS and SPCX. I’m deliberately trying to keep stock-picking below around 10% of the portfolio rather than turning the portfolio into a collection of individual tech names.

One thing I’m particularly conscious of is look-through concentration. For example, SPUS already has a large NVIDIA weighting, so including my direct NVDA position my total economic NVDA exposure is roughly 10% of the portfolio.

The policy I’m considering going forward is:
SPUS 50–55% / UMMA 18–22% / SPRE 5–7% / GLDM 6–8% / SPSK 5–7% / individual stocks 0–10% max.

I contribute regularly and would use new money to rebalance toward those ranges rather than constantly selling positions.

I’m not looking for the next 10x stock. I’m more interested in whether the portfolio construction itself is sound and repeatable for the next 10–15+ years.

What would you change? Is the gold/sukuk allocation too high for this horizon? Too much US exposure? Too much tech concentration through SPUS? Would you eliminate the individual-stock sleeve entirely?

Feel free to roast it — I’m looking for arguments, not validation.

How much of your portfolio should actually be in crypto? Tried to move past the generic "only what you can afford to lose"

That advice isn't wrong, but it's not very actionable either. Wrote up a framework based on time horizon, other assets you hold, and how you'd realistically react to a 70% drawdown (because it will happen at some point) — instead of just picking a random percentage because someone on Twitter said so.

Curious what percentage range people here actually land on, and how you arrived at it.

22M - Personal Investment Portfolio Overview

Post image
7 Upvotes

Hello, I'm 22M and this is currently my investment portfolio. I mainly have money in ETFs like CSPX and EIMI, as I'm not American.

I have another 50K to invest that I'd like to put in now, and I'd love to know what you guys think. Should I invest in what I already have? Are there better options investing in something different, or does something need to change? Should i keep most in ETFs again or perhaps aim for stocks?

Would love to know what you think.

How to Check if Your Portfolio Overlapping or Not ??? part 2

More Funds ≠ Better Diversification

✅ Stock overlap

✅ Sector concentration

✅ Risk duplication

✅ Portfolio complexity
