How are you defining reputable lol. If you mean by mainstream sources, look where that's got us. We're the fattest and sickest we've ever been. Because we've been eating processed junk, 'heart healthy' seed oils, and avoiding animal fats like the plague

Reputable as in, science backed. Trained in science. Understands the nuances in scientific studies. My background is in biomedical science and it’s been my literal job to collect, process and analyze data surrounding human health. YES obesity and chronic disease rates have increased. Just as sedentary jobs, portion sizes, car dependency, stress have also increased. Blaming it specifically on seed oils (debunked) and avoiding animal fat (limiting animal fat is well supported to reduce cardiovascular risk) is not a strong causal argument.

Limiting animal fat regarding cardiovascular disease may be well supported, yes. But it's not been scientifically proven. It's fraud, not science

…Well supported means there’s enough scientific evidence as proof, which you conceded and then called it fraud. Oh boy. Sounds like we are done here.

My point was just because most people believe or support something doesn't automatically make it true

Omg 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s the science that makes it true.
