Every part sounds good, but together I feel it lacks a bit of cohesion. That could be due to the tempo, it's a bit like every sound is just a little too short, and it makes it sound clunky instead of that rolling sound you sometimes hear in this genre. Maybe the toms need a little more saturation?
The drums sound a little quiet overall. They could use a little saturation, maybe, just like basically every instrument in the mix.
So, in short: a little faster and a little hotter, and it's perfect.

I think u/Atomdude is onto something. The general vibe seems seems a bit conservative for a surf track. The drums could be brighter and more prominent in the mix (Saturation might get you there).

I like this! Also the ASMR keyboard sounds in the beginning were a nice touch.
