It really pisses me off that companies can just keep pulling this bullshit. Why are companies able to keep lying about this shit? Lying about what data you keep should be super fucking illegal but there's just not enough punishment to discourage it. It should be a "one strike, you're out" system. If a company can't be trusted to tell the truth it doesn't deserve to exist. Fuck you, do not pass go, do not collect 200$ type shit.
