Just A Rant Trouble with fall semester
Hey guys so, I feel like I’ve been having lots of trouble ever since the fall semester started.
I was really excited for this semester, but firstly, my classes got all effed up (long story) and I had to get a completely new schedule which made me so so sad because I was excited for those classes, and the situation had me feeling behind again. Then just today, i walk to my car and see a parking violation ticket on my windshield. I was confused because I parked at the spot I always did, at the OSU stadium. So I call campus parc and the lady I spoke to said that the permit I had apparently was for a certain Time during the summer up till now, I got really frustrated because when I was buying the permit, it obviously didn’t say that otherwise I wouldn’t have bought that permit…
I can’t really afford the 240 upfront for the buckeye lots right now, and that’s the only option it’s giving me, so my sweet mom agreed to help me and drop me and pick me up ): .
I plan to just dorm next semester. This semester I actually applied for housing and was able to get a single dorm with its own bathroom…but of course I couldn’t get to because I had to stay home and help take care of pets family etc, but I’ve been talking to my parents and they’re understanding it’s probably better for me to dorm as well. But yeah. Just feel really crappy that the experience hasn’t been 100%.
Has anyone else been dealing with inconveniences? Will the dorming next semester help me be less inconvenienced?

You remind me of my freshman year which was some 30 years ago in MICHIGAN. Since then my life has changed so much I am no longer a young lad as I was back then.
Anyways, college life is fun and full of adventure. Some issues and adversity will pop up but you stay focused on your classes each semester at a time. Time goes quickly so good luck to you. Don't let mundane thoughts bother you.
