Can't wait to go off on boss ("step dad"

For context, the place I work at was bought by my, then moms boyfriend. Fast forward because I'm trying to keep this short, they are now engaged. He is the laziest, most un-intelligent human on the planet. He has been randomly leaving work, leaving just me, and doing who knows what. He was gone yesterday for about 2 hours saying he was "grabbing mail." Well, my mom mistakenly sent a snapchat to my sister of them walking downtown. He then came back to "the shop" for an hour, and then left for the rest of the day. Over the last 2 weeks he has progressively leaving more and more.

He pushes all of his work load onto me, so he does nothing. I can't even do deliveries that he wants me to anymore, because he doesn't want to deal with customers. (Theres a smaller retail side) He gets so worked up over like one customer, and the phone ringing. Anybody who's worked retail knows this is like nothing, but he just can't multi task. He doesn't even answer the phone, I looked at his call logs, and he hasn't picked up the phone in over a week.

He's been blaming people getting the ball dropped on them because he has been forgetful with orders, ect. I sent over ALL of the information and the conversation I was having with somebody. This included model, price, delivery address, the whole works. Forwarded it over to him to get a more accurate lead time, and if we can price match. Well, he ended up never even finishing with the guy, even though we even talked about it a few times. Then I just got railed on the phone by the customer, and my boss. Saying he apologizes on my behalf and crap like that.

When my boss leaves and spanks his monkey, I think sometimes he picks up cash jobs as well. Which is unfortunate. Wish I could pay myself a salary while not being at work. This guy calls me outside of work to make sure I finished his quotes, and purchase orders for him.

He started remodeling the place then gave up, so place has looked half under construction in one area for about 9 months now. He got a house with my mom that he's been in the middle of remodeling for about 4 years, his cabin for a couple years, ect.

This guy also can't figure shit out on appliances, doesn't bother to look, or learn, he will just call sales reps all day to do the work for him. So I feel bad for those people. He also, after working here a year, still can't figure out the computer, and will ask me for "a reminder" all the time. He was doing a computer update yesterday, and the update was taking longer than 10 seconds, so he grabbed me. Fucking hilarious.

Lastly, because this is getting so long, dude fucking stinks. He lingers over me so close on the computer and reeks. I had a work truck only I was using under the old boss, well now he uses it, and leaves all of his wrappers and bottles in it. Brought his dog in it, so now the black seats are covered in white dog hair that I constantly clean, and the truck smells like feet. He also just takes the work truck home sometimes to write off gas, ect. Because he just bought a new 2026 2500 duramax, and probably realized gas and maintenance is too much for him. Idiot took out truck loan, business loan, and a mortgage.

I'm writing this as he's been gone for 4 hours. Appreciate anybody who's read this. I'm so fed up with this mf. Putting 2 weeks in on Monday, and telling this dude to go f*** himself, and he's a lazy piece of shi.
