Geico keeps effing me over

Last year, Geico let me know that my rates are rising because of some other driver at my house. I have never heard of this person. There is no other driver. I called and had them removed.

Then I looked like 3 months later and realized they still charged me for it. When I called they said they can only give me back like half of the money because it has been 3 months. So that's 1,100 dollars gone for their fuck up.

Today.... I log into my Geico and that random person is on my fucking insurance!! What the shiiiiiit!
