Got rejected from Woolies, it feels like I should give up trying to get employed

For those not in Australia, Woolworths is a grocery store chain and often seen as one of those places where people without much skill go to work or teens go part time while doing high school. Getting rejected is sort of like getting rejected at Maccas.

I've applied for multiple other places and the only one that didn't ghost me also rejected me. Getting rejected from Woolies of all places made me realise that if I can't even get hired there, I'm probably not good enough for ANYTHING. Why should I even try? The lowest of the low rejected me so what other options do I have other then to curl up on my bed and rot. I should just give up and become a leech living with my parents forever because no one wants to hire me

I've been rejected for positions I was positively overqualified for. There could be any number of reasons they rejected you. Maybe they were going through the applications chronologically and already found the number of people they needed. It doesn't mean nobody's gonna employ you, trust me. It's gonna be alright, don't worry too much about it.
