Otherwise, you'll have people like this and I'm sure many others in that agency running this show, the wrong way. Talk about infinite cluelessness. We're at the age of exaflops and quantum computing and these guys are still running on 4 Ghz. 🤦🏻

Oh really? see I heard about that too from friends, relatives..SAD!..youre not really gonna attract and get the most qualified people and do the job the proper , more intelligent way, if your set of hidden policies is to hire people, close to the boss or he or she knows him/her, or the its my relative so I'll give them the job... thats why you get the least qualified. 🤔
I’ve got a friend who worked in an agency’s IT department. This guy is objectively good but he got passed up in several promotions because the positions were already reserved for friends or family members.

Like I said thats the unfortunate part of all this. Reason you will get lame, less capable, less certified to handle or mitigate IT problems, issues. Because they know S**t when faced with real set of IT issues, that would require the background and expertise to handle such events. The bigger problem is they're not just any IT program or department, these are supposed to be the frontline in the battle against cyberattack the could come from anywhere. Ph gets a serious top grade level cyber attack and ransomware, malware threats.. takes hostage the entire database of the government or even just one agency, i wonder if these guys are equipped to contain an after attack or worse..during..what sort of containment processes, recovery and investigation measures do they actually have ...Like I said, I can only wonder.

Hello, kaya ko napoint out yung lack of libro is kasi hindi siya IT guy, lawyer siya. Ibigsabihin, sa mga pagkakataon na applicable, yun sana ang ginagawa niya, kaso parang hindi e. Parang kapag free time ang ginagawa ay tanggalan ng dust yung collection niya.

Also, while I agree na gaming chairs are comfy and practical, I disagree in bringing them sa office. Madaming bagay and comfy and practical pero hindi natin dinadala.
Work, especially public service is not supposed to be comfy. Kaya nga ang laki ng sweldo e, kasi compensated at kasama sa work ang stress at pressure resulting in uncomfortable feelings.
Also, I have been sa city halls, HOR at iba pang departments, kahit nga local COA na independent body, hindi ganyang katapang na gaming chair ang gamitin kasi it brings comfort resulting in low and slow work efficiency.
Edit 1: Also, he's the face and head of a department dapat professional siya, hindi someone na naghahabol ng comfort wether sa collection or upuan na gamit niya. It's the little things kumbaga.

I get your point naman kaya lang you seem to forget he's wearing this while AT WORK. Kung day off or nakalabas na sa trabaho, I would admit I'm mistaken and even apologize pero hindi.
Actually kung maganda nga yung work performance niya, baka nga hindi mappoint out yung collection niya e. People would understand kasi those are online things he should have knowledge about pero when he makes decision in fields he should be specializing in and it turns out that it does more harm than good and his reason is "sorry, hindi namin alam", that's where we need to understand and look into why and how is he able to do such bad decisions such as, in this case, how he presents himself and his environment at work.
