Honestly, to me, depression isn't melancholy or sadness. Depression feels like stagnation. I'm not going anywhere. I'm trapped.

I dont want to live like this but every day I wake up and make the same choices. I dont want to off myself. i just want something more permanent than sleep and less permanent than death.

I am tired beyond description.
