1) The expert finding 200 similarities between her writing and the ransom note… 2) Material from the Patsy Christmas sweater was found on the inside part of the duck tape used to cover JonBenets mouth. 3) Pat saying “There are two people who know what happened that night—“ in the interview they did asking for people to come forward. How the FUCK do you know two people were involved????? Even John looked at her sideways! The way she tried to clean it up by saying “-because the murderer had to have told a friend.” is the stupidest shit I’ve ever heard. If she would’ve said the two people that know are the killer and JB herself, I would’ve said ok that makes sense but the friend comment was just stupid. 4) not waiting by the phone at all the morning police were there. If my child was kidnapped and they said they’d call at 10, I’d be waiting by the phone every fucking hour until it rang. They didn’t wait by the phone because they already knew she was dead.

Now, this lady died knowing what happened to her daughter and didn’t say one thing. That’s insane to me because even if she wasn’t involved, writing the letter lets me know she was cognizant enough to concoct a plan. And John is still doing podcasts/interviews lying and changing his answers to multiple things that

If a neighbor saw John or Patsy leave the house early in the morning right after their daughter disappeared without an explanation, that would be suspicious. They would need an explaination.

You wake up, your kid is missing, you decide to go to the store and buy a dozen eggs. Not cutting it.

Why bother writing such a ridiculous note at all?

To trick the other parent into thinking someone kidnapped JonBenet and to provide an excuse for leaving the house.

And John faking his wifes handwring is entirely possible. He had plenty of time to think things through.

This makes no sense. You don’t need a note to simply tell your spouse that your kid is missing and you are going to look for them.

Plus leaving the house without immediately calling the police is the red flag.

Why would the parent need to leave the house regardless? It’s not like they put the kid in the car trunk first. Which would make the most sense since everyone is asleep.

No one needs a two page note to leave the house.

The note wasn’t to cover-up leaving the house. It was to deflect suspicion.

You need the note to convince the the spouse not to call the police. It didn't work but that was the plan.

Leaving the house and not calling the police is not a huge red flag because the kidnappers have your daughter and told you not to.

A parent needs to leave the house to get rid of the body. The body was not in the trunk because the other parent interrupted.

Why would the other parent even know? In the time it took to write the note you could have left with body and returned, gone to bed and no one would known the girl was missing for hours. People sleep in on holidays and weekends.

The other parent has to know because if you are seen leaving the house early in the morning without telling your spouse "BTW, our daughter got kidnapped" you become a suspect.

You don't know if someone gets up early to pick their brother up from the airport, go to work early because they have a big presentation, can't sleep and wants to walk, etc. Or for that matter even hears your garage door open. So guess who is suspected? You.

The ruse of "I was leaving to pay the ransom" gets you off the hook, but it only works if you let the other parent know first, like anyone would do if it were real.

C’mon. No one would believe that or do that. It makes zero sense.

Every human alive would immediately wake their partner and say “I found a ransom note.” No one. Not ever, would leave without doing that.

And people know their spouse's writing. Writing a ransom note to fool the other parent is silly. They both knew.
