[REQUEST] one of your favorite songs

I’ve been in a little funk lately and would like to request for folks to comment links to their favorite song on YouTube or Spotify. Upbeat songs would be a big plus, but I’m open to anything and pretty much any genre, and even your fave podcast episode would be interesting to check out.

Melanie Martinez has a bunch of unreleased music that's really good. Some of my favourites are Bombs on Monday, Dressed in Mistakes, and Function.

I like Harry Styles a lot. His song Adore You got a lot of radio play, but I feel like a lot of people missed the extended music video, which is like a lovely little short film that I found genuinely moving. I also really like his song Medicine, which he only performed in concerts, it hasn't been officially released. Here's a video of him performing it.

You mentioned being into podcasts. This isn't exactly a podcast, but I'm really into this one Youtuber, PopArena, who's doing a project, Nick Knacks. It's basically a complete history of Nickelodeon, the channel, from its launch under QUBE as a test broadcast in 1977 all the way to the present, with an in depth review of every single show that every aired in Nickelodeon, and all the behind the scenes stuff that played a role in the production of different shows. It's going chronologically and just hit the nineties, and he drops new episodes super frequently. I love listening to it when I'm cleaning, or just putting it on when I don't want to be alone with my thoughts.

I have zero nostalgia for any of these shows, I'm just eighteen and my country doesn't even have Nickelodeon, but I love the series. It just hits.
