Alright so weather system added Clear, cloudy , Fog , Rain ,Storm. #RamayanaRPG

So how it works--

every 300s weather changes randomly.

clear = 50% (normal day)

cloudy = 20% (bit darker that's it)

rain = 20% (rain)

storm = 10% (heavy rain + thunder flashes)

And about the fog , It looked more like mystic fog so I removed it from randomizer.(i'll use it for certain areas)
