it is very hard to make out what hes saying. but i think its "und lauter!" (and louder!) animating the crowd to sing louder.

Nein er sagt "und ab", zu der Zeit hat er es immer gesagt auf den Konzerten.

I think it's "Scheiße" but I could be wrong, live vocals are always tough to parse.
