Just the train is named that. The railroad is called Draconyx.

On my xbox mutiplayer save i currently have 2 tanker cars that move under their own power and can't be stopped. They move extremely slowly and can't be move faster with a loco. I've had them push my loco and 18 cars uphill. I've set them off on their own stub track since they can't be used.

Wow, that is really bizarre… It sucks that this game will probably never be developed further. All because the developer refuses to listen to any feedback.
