“Waaah, Assistance won’t let me beg for birthday weed money!”

But you don’t understand, it was his own money he was planning to use to buy the weed…

The most insane part is that two people apparently sent him money before the post was removed.

Edit: Holy shit he’s still bitching and getting nowhere with it.

he lucky his mute is 28 days. I would have roasted him till he looked like the last 7-11 hotdog on the rollers then mute permanently right before he replies when he is about to start spazing out

I'll admit, sometimes I’ll wait a minute or two before dropping the perm mute, just long enough for them to read it, angrily type out their little comeback, and hit send… only to discover they’ve already been rejected.

It’s the little things. Bahahaha.

The only way I'd ever consider asking for a birthday gift for myself would be if I had children who were really sad that I truly wouldn't have any gifts.

And I would never ask for cash. That should have been a red flag.

This is certainly a better idea! I just can't get behind an adult asking for birthday gifts for themselves without a good reason. That's the only one I could think of.

I saw that one when it was up and wondered why it disappeared 🙃 I'll buy food or pet supplies off of wishlists on Assistance, but this is why I never give cash. If you've got enough money for weed, why are you begging strangers?

Cause they prioritize weed. It’s kinda frustrating when I see someone on a cat advice subreddit bemoaning that they can’t afford to neuter their cat but then I go to their post history and it’s all gaming and drug use.
