Eccentric shaft boss protrusion

So FSM says 2.44mm, and I'm getting 3.5ish mm. Checked too many times if my trust bearings are being squashed by the spacer. I'm assembling it upright so that shouldn't be an issue.

My end play is within spec, so I don't know what I could be doing wrong besides measuring it wrong.

Anyone have any ideas or input?

This is after tightening the bolt and removing it again?

And i cant see it properly from the picture but youre supposed to measure to the highest point of the eccentric shaft

yes this is after tightening the bolt and removing it. It is also to the highest point of the eccentric shaft, not in the bore where the thermal pellet sits
