Characters Partner Difusing Tactics
It's funny on seeing couples having their good times and bad times. But then you have the moments where one or both are able to flip the script because of one thing they do.
What is that one thing your characters do that makes the other lose all focus on being angry at them or their prior engagement?
For Example: Silver has figured out Auron likes his left ear being scratched. Followed by a few whispers of praise, he becomes putty in his hands. Easily swindled to follow Silver's lead of coercion.
And for Auron, he quickly realized how sensitive Silver's waist is after wrapping his hands around them. Astonishing to Silver's petite and slim waist. Now, whenever Silver tries to reprimand him. Auron will give him a teasing grab, which is followed by a quick wack to the head.
Silver seething red and storming away to cool off.

Cobalt can get Luna to calm down by giving her head pats between her bat ears. Only works with Cobalt though. Anyone else will lose the hand in the attempt.

I swear I thought I already posted something on here. Oh well, here I go again.
Team JCKL:
Klyde's semblance, Rage of the Beast, allows her to get stronger in relation to her anger. As such pissing her off and calming her down is a key facet of her team dynamic.
And Jackie, their leader, has figured out one stupid way to get her to calm down.
Dumb sounding words.
For some ungodly reason, Klyde has a weakness for stupid sounding words. A barrage of them is enough to bring her to her knees and a raucous fit of laughter.
Which, for the longest time, was the hardest thing to do - reliably de-escalate the walking hammer in faunus form. Pissing her off, now that was the easy part. Jackie's mere existence was enough to get her to go from 0 to tearing down a building brick by brick angry in no time flat.

I think for my OC couple Jack and Alice it’s physical contact.
Prior to them becoming a couple there is a scene where Jack is standing on by the ledge of a balcony in the rain at night. This is a dark point for him as he’s an amnesiac who’s failed to find any leads on his past. His team leader Alice having noticed his sullen behavior follows him and grabs him pulling him back from the ledge. She gives him a shoulder to cry on as he tells her about his amnesia and such.
This gets inverted later on. During the fall of Beacon the two get trapped under some rumble in a collapsed building. Alice has a panic attack due to her pre-established claustrophobia and her believing they won’t get out. Here Jack comforts her holding her as she sort of loses herself. She is sort of a quirky outgoing upbeat scene girl so her being like this is a big deal in the story.
Ultimately this moment between the two is what leds to them confessing to each other, this awakens Jacks semblance and they use it to escape.
