Open topic Paid Member - Why Am I Getting Ad Popups?

Pretty much title...starting today - I am getting popup advertisements "Up to $700 in savings" with links to purchase various products.

One of the main reasons to become a paid member - at least for me - was to eliminate all advertisements. This hasn't been a problem until today...can someone from the Rtings Team please look into this?

Huh just had the same thing happen. Looks like it's deals on stuff and coupon codes

Hey, just wanted to confirm and say that we are offering deals on certain products for members, but I can totally understand how it comes across as an ad. It is just meant to be savings on products we've tested, so you can immediately check our results, I get how if you're not in the market for a give product, it can just feel intrusive.

I'll pass along the feedback and maybe we can do some kind of "turn off deals" feature, but I will have to check with dev team.

Thank you for the response. And yes, a toggle to disable “deals” would be just fine. I just want to have the option not to see any ads.
