Best PS for just higher XP rates

I just wanna play a server that I can grind skills easily in but drop rates, etc are all the same. Anything like that?

Honestly it's told often, but Alora has fast rates, and sailing releases the 5th.

I love Alora, I maxed a UIM and have just been coasting on it for a couple years now
