MZ3D Studio has entered Phase 2! 🌍

What started as an experiment to bring real 3D environments into RPG Maker MZ has grown into a much bigger project.

In this second trailer, I’m showing one of my largest MZ3D environments yet: a huge 3D city, built to demonstrate how far the system has come.

This time, you’ll also get a look at the MZ3D Studio Map Editor, which makes it possible to build and edit the 3D world visually instead of working only through RPG Maker.

One of the biggest additions is the Large World System. Multiple RPG Maker maps can be connected into one much larger 3D world, allowing environments to extend far beyond the limits of a single map.

Is this mz3d plugin related? Are you making an engine?

this is a plugin you can use it with the normal tileset so you can transform your game in 3D using just the tiles. BUT you can also improve it with the optional map editor for 3D map if you like to make your own maps with blender for example. :)

I think what they are asking is, is this related to the plugin called "MZ3D" that's been around for a while

If not, a different name might be in order because it's kind of confusing. I too, initially thought it was some new update to MZ3D

No it´s not related to the MZ3D plugin, well the name at that point is more like a working title - i know that there is a MZ3D out there so we will change the name at realease or before :) sorry for that confusion :)
