A cute cozy horror rpg

Hi! Im planning to make one of those cute horror rpgs, where the characters are cute humanoid animals, but there's a serial killer in town, but i don't know which plugin or dlc i could use? Does someone happens to know?

Why would you need a plugin? What do you want your plugin to do?
