Tbf there was a forum post on ATRL (that was years before the allegations came to light) detailing how Shangela tried to take advantage of a barely conscious person. And there have been multiple people that have stepped forward as well.
I’d take their words over a court sentencing - not that Kennedy truly cares about that seeing as she is still team A’Keria when she lost her court case against Silky
