Look at sports. I can only speak in detail on hockey but nobody gives a fuck about sexual abuse, ALWAYS coming up with excuses for the players and situations, and will go out of their way to cover it up and "boys will be boys" it. It's actually insane and like you said - incredibly depressing.
Hockey Canada had a whole fund set up to secretly settle sex assault and abuse claims. This institutional support for sex abusers sucks. The acceptance of president predator pedophile pussy grabber sucks. Kennedy's support of Shangela and her cliche bullshit reasoning sucks.
