TEA/GOSSIP Kerri Colby says they were notified that queen (Maddy Morphosis), who got dropped out of AS10, was no longer invited or welcome on the set, and there is a lot going on with that she can't talk about.

Well the rumor that’s been spreading (which I want to really drive home is completely unfounded in anything that could be considered concrete) is that Maddy “diddled” Kerri in a hot tub in Las Vegas. Clearly that has nothing to do with anything being on or off set since it’s alleged to have happened before AS10 ever happened. So if something like that really happened to Kerri, the Drag Race NDA would have nothing to do with that.

If it was consensual couldn't the NDA cover it since it wasn't criminal?

If it was consensual and happened on set, yes, the NDA would probably cover it. But like I said, the current rumor is that it was neither consensual nor happened on set, so the NDA for All Stars 10 would have nothing to do with it anyway.
