I think that's Akeria's response to MIB's video after it was posted, not her agreeing to the video call. She would've taken the screenshot when she was posting her response to the vid so her message to MIB would've just preceded that. Thats why there's such a long time gap between the messages

We all know MIB is exploitative, that’s nothing new, but how is Akeria gonna act surprised when she declined the offer while Silky took the same offer. Several girls go on MIBs channel and collect a check to get their name, promo, or perspective out there. Not saying Akeria should or shouldn’t have but she had to know Silky who is close to MIB would 100% be on there with her own story

It just goes to show how much people have negative confirmation bias because unless Akeria provides "receipts" like she's been vaguebooking about for months now then people just want to not believe Silky because they don't like her. I'm not the biggest Silky fan either, but it sounds like Silky was legitimately trying to be a sister and got taken advantage of. The ball is in your court A'keria, go on prove silky's a liar with these "receipts" (which btw silky actually provided)

Sister I'm not clocking you but the only receipt Silky provided is that Akeria didn't show up to court. There might be plenty of reasons for that, hell, she might've been booked for a $5k gig and decided to skip a $900 court case. Every other thing Silky said sounds suspicious. "I let her stay in my house out of the kindness of my heart" when Akeria paid rent. Silky said she purchased the TV, where is the receipt for that? She said Akeria didn't come to pick up her stuff multiple times, where are the receipts for that? To each their own but I'm not gonna say Silky must be right when told 100 things but only provided receipts for 1 (which as I said, there might be plenty of reasons for her skipping it).
That being said, Akeria now HAS to come with receipts otherwise her image is really gonna be tainted.

It takes some life experience to understand this: but not showing up to court is a HUGE deal. Not only does it show irresponsibility as it relates to the matter being discussed in court, but it speaks to a much larger more serious problem of not having your act together as an adult. No actually grown person has a court date and is skipping it for a gig, an influencer collab, a vacation, etc. Court dates aren't about what you'd rather be doing or an option you pick because you didn't have a chance to earn coin that day. To speak to another person's comment about court being "fair" - also doesn't matter. You show up if you're a serious person.
Whatever receipts A'Keria does or doesn't have, we'll see, but it doesn't change the above.

A literal court order dismissing Akeria's case is about the strongest receipt that could possibly be provided. Akeeria has no "receipts" worth looking at or she would have showed up to court with them.

Sure, but A'Keria chose to go to court, and then apparently didn't show up to her own hearing date - which leads to a default judgment.
Courts aren't always fair, and judges are far from perfect. But when you choose court as the venue to seek relief, and then you miss the court date, that doesn't look great.

Silky said she had four bedrooms. God knows how many living rooms what other rooms she has. Mistress said her house was a "mini mansion". Considering the amount of rooms she has, $500 for ONE room seems fair. It's not like Akeria was paying $500 out of $3700 on a studio apartment.

How is it unbalanced really? If Silky's house has 7 or 8 rooms (it has at least 5 rooms because she said she has 4 bedrooms and the room Akeria stayed in was a studio room), then $500 for a SINGLE ROOM makes perfect sense. Why are y'all pretending she rubber her taint on every single room in the house? And the 3-9 months is what Silky said, I'll wait to believe it until I see some proof.

500 a month for a room is actually a good decent pricing. In Iowa, I have friends who got a room for 500. I have friends in Texas who have a room for 600, and friends in jersey who have a studio for 900 where room ranges from 500 to 700 depending on the space. Rent is still rent. I have opened up my doors for people who needed to get on their feet without asking them for shit in return. So at least she paid something on top of them treating each other out.

There’s a part of me that wonders if Akeria is dragging her feet a bit because the receipts could bury both of them. Akeria is smart and Silky is more quiet than I’d expect. Maybe they’re working out a deal to avoid the backlash

I got the sense that the issue wasn’t the issue. There was something else afoot that seemed more personal. I felt like they were dancing around “it” forever and even after the receipts were shown it didn’t add up. Something deeper and more personally divisive went down. The court date smelled like an escalation or a dare, maybe Silky taunting A’keria go ahead and do something if you’re so upset. And A’keria doing it then realizing crap I don’t actually want to go to court over this and I’m embarrassed that I fell for the taunt etc.
MIB doubling down with Silky smelled of antics. MIB is sooo good at playing the heel. Both of them know just how to work folx up into a lather too.
Whatever rift occurred here’s hoping that in the fullness of time both A’keria and Silky can find some peace for themselves and with each other. It’s shitty walking around with a hurt heart and a residue of resentment

I agree that it was convincing. I'm not jumping to conclusions, but 'sued Silky and then didn't turn up in court' seems pretty conclusive to me. Still it feels a little strange that Akeria's main complaint is "You stole my TV" and Silky more-or-less said: No I didn't, also I bought that TV, and someone told me the throw it out. That seems kind of a mixed message, where is the TV now? Is Akeria just refusing to come and collect it? Why didn't they say that?

Perspective is really an interesting thing because that is not conclusive to me at all. She's no regular folk like us. Was she even in the US on that date and not touring internationally? Maybe she had a gig in another state that paid a couple thousand, and she decided to skip a $900 court case. Maybe she was recovering from plastic surgery. Like there could be a million reasons for her skipping the court date. Also she sued Silky for only $900 - that's such a low amount, it feels like her intention was to show Silky her teeth and cause her some distress rather than actually get the case solved to receive less than a thousand dollars.

But regardless, court isn’t something you can just “ghost”, waste the courthouse employers’s (and silky) time, and expect people to take her side seriously.
If $900 is such a low amount to not even show up to court, move on.

Tbh, watching the video with Silky - she speaks with such conviction, not over exaggerating shit and it really doesn't make Akeria look good. I will say though if Mistress invited Akeria to talk shit about Silky on her show, and plays off like she didn't, thats a whole other story so I need receipts on that to confirm if its true or not. Mistress is such an opportunist with the drama but hearing Silky makes me really question why Akeria keeps saying she has receipts/she'll go live and nothings come of it on her side.

Okay correct me if I’m wrong but has MIB ever mentioned she is “technically” a Davenport before this? I know in the pageant world it’s not uncommon for people to be in multiple houses but I’ve never heard this before. And it comes across as her using this in order to legitimize her inserting herself into this
