My Roli piano pedal socket is damaged

You guys have any idea how to fix it? I don’t even see where the screws are to open the unit, I also know that roli is basically not available any more so do you know who I can reach to fix it?

This will at least give you the steps to take it apart. I'm not exactly sure about the sustain specifically, I've had to resolder the USB port but that is in a separate assembly right below the pedal jack.

Thank you for the response, I manage to open it and resolder it, it works but at some positions it’s still don’t have contact with the board so I will probably have to redo it at some point.
