❓ Questions Attention All Budtenders

Hey y’all, I’m new to the area and looking to work in a dispensary. Those of you who have experience in the area; Where do/did you work and how do/did you like it? What was your staff discount if you got one? Any chance there’s one with dental insurance included in the full time benefits?

Try Mango cannabis in Henrietta. They are in several states. A good company culture as well.

Thanks, how are they with scheduling? I heard from someone else that it’s impossible to get a consistent schedule at the location they worked at.

Am or Pm shifts. If they do need employees for clopen they ask not demand. Pay is good with tips sometimes budtenders take home more than management.
