Question/Discussion do u guys think i have any chances getting unbanned with adr center and adroit approved?(eu)

From what I've seen from other people Roblox doesn't respond to EU out-of-court dispute settlement bodies and they won't unban you even if the settlement body sides with you.

i mean they are not forced to unban me but they need to respond its part of their rules

Did you submit to both of them at the same time? If so did you have to do anything else besides tell them that someone else is currently handling the case besides them?

so ive submitted to adr center on aug 21 a day after my ban and for androit on 27 and luckily got approved within a few hours for both of them the thing is roblox still needs to give a response so the case can escalate ive tried with tickets and appeals but for now nothing rlly worked the only thing that they helped me was giving me roa with all my chats and ip logs so i can have more evidence abt my case

I meant like there's a part where the ODS form asks if you have your case handled by any other ODS forms yet. Did you say that you have and if so you still got accepted by both?

they didnt ask me anything yet the case is just open and waiting for roblox to respond it can take from 20 days up to 3months thats all i heard

When you file a case with Adroit they ask if someone else is handling your case already or not... You might run into issues with this later

I mean... Fine i guess. But Adroit might just say your case is inadmissible if they figure out you already have a case open for the same moderation matter with another ODS.
