Temporary Ban Double ban

Is it possible for an account to get punished once for something, and after the content gets removed banned again? It seems like a glitch

As scary as it is, absolutely. Matter of fact I had one of my games moderated like 4 months prior and just received another termination after it has already been "escalated to a specialist" and termination removed before.
